ASA Transition Services
A place to start for those Army Strategists considering what comes after their last strategy and plan have been written. We aim to share considerations and resources with those considering retirement and/or transition to the civilian sector.
The Army Strategist Association Transition Program offers FA59 Strategists with resources and the option to join a coaching program to support their new path.
Transition Resources help self-awareness, translate FA59 experiences to civilian work, define Transitioning Strategist responsibilities, include links to transition jump-start programs, and illustrate other relevant resources.
The ASA Coaching Program connects ASA Coaches with Transitioning Strategists. Coaches, ordinarily retired or former strategists, continue to serve the Strategist Community by supporting transitioning members. Transitioning Strategists can gain a planning boost as they stay engaged in tough jobs while leaning into a new path.
The ASA Transition Program hosts transition-oriented events over the course of each year and posts jobs targeting Transitioning Strategists.
